How it works

Every name in the catalogue works the same way, whether you rent it or buy it outright.

Renting

• Pay the listed monthly rent in advance
• 3-month minimum, then month to month
• Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice
• We keep the domain registered and renewed, and point its DNS wherever you want within one business day
• Buy it outright at any time during the rental — the price is fixed at 30× the monthly rent you started at

Buying outright

You don't have to rent first. Every name can also be bought outright at any time, at the purchase price shown on its own page. "Ownership transfers once payment clears" means an actual registrar transfer — we initiate the move so the domain lands in a registrar account you control.

Making an offer

We don't consider a purchase offer below half the listed purchase price. There's no such floor on a rental inquiry.

Payment

Rent is invoiced monthly in advance. For an outright purchase, we invoice directly or, if you'd rather use a neutral third party, we're glad to close through an escrow service instead. Either way, we aim to reply to a new inquiry within 1 business day.
